4. How to Use Vintage Handkerchiefs as Decor

I never knew I needed hanky’s in my life until I did. I’ve found hanky’s in all the pretty colors. Some made in Sweden, some with floral embroidery and others donning lace and scalloped edges.

Like everything else, I believe these old handkerchiefs found me, I didn’t find them. I’ve been busy figuring out what to do with each of them and have found a few simple ways of displaying hanky’s.

5. Vintage Copper Decor

I love hunting for vintage copper. However, I have found that whenever I’m actually looking for it, I never find it. It usually just happens…a piece of copper just sitting on a shelf at a thrift store or antique mall, just waiting for me. Does that happen to you, too?

I’m super excited to share my thrifted vintage copper collection. I hope that these ideas inspire you to start a collection of your own, add to an existing collection, or give you some decorating ideas for your home!

6. Thrifted Goodies Volume 7

Sometimes it’s not easy thrift shopping, you guys. There are days when the shelves are extremely empty and, when I do find something, the price seems to be much too high. But, sometimes that’s how it goes!

Many of the items in this post came from one antique store. Though not technically ‘thrifted’, they are still secondhand purchases for affordable prices and neat finds to add to my collections!

Many people have houses full of antiques yet don’t know the value of the items they have. They donate them to thrift stores as an easy way to get rid of things. This is the fun part and where you get to swoop in and find all the pretty things on the cheap!

8. Summer Decorating with Thrifted Milk Glass

What do you get when you combine thrifting and milk glass?! Two of my favorite things! Milk glass is one of those versatile pieces that you can use all year round to decorate your home.

For Summer, I was inspired to use my milk glass collection and combine it with greens, yellows and blues to welcome the warmer months. The white color makes each space feel light and airy, like a calm ocean breeze sweeping through the windows.

9. Thrifted Home Decor for Summer

During Summer, I like to keep my decor minimal, simple and airy. It’s refreshing to lighten up the interior spaces of my home for the long, warm days. An easy way to achieve this is by using thrifted decor!

Come see the thrifted home decor for Summer that I picked up, the budget-friendly prices, and how I styled them in my home.

10. How to Use Thrifted Art for Fall Decorating

Thrift shopping for old artwork is so much fun! I refuse to purchase art from large retail stores anymore because they just don’t give me that vintage, patina-d look that I adore. There’s nothing better than art that is slightly worn and faded, showing signs of age with it’s chipped paint or wrinkled paper.

You don’t need to break the bank to decorate for the season! With thrifted art, you can infuse your home with unique, on-trend style—while staying savvy with your budget. In this post, I show you how to use thrifted art to create stunning, one-of-a-kind seasonal displays!
