Honestly, there isn’t a straightforward answer for this. I just go by what I love (ie. milk glass, vintage jars, enamelware, etc…) and tweak it to fit the Summer season.

If you have a collection of something, such as pottery or copper, here are a few ideas you can try to make those pieces feel more Summer-ish:

add faux floral stems or greenery
choose a color scheme to help tie your finds together (like yellow, green, white, blue, red, or a combination of them)
use gingham ribbon to tie around handles or jars
