Life Lately

Hello, guys! Welcome to June! This is one of the most beautiful months out of the whole year in Minnesota. I hope it’s nice where you are, as well!

A few weeks ago, hubby and I took a long weekend jaunt to Southern Minnesota. We rented an AirBNB on one of the most beautiful pieces of land that we’ve ever seen. They even had a Trout creek running right through their yard!

It was an epic weekend of fly fishing and antiquing and just so much fun. I even caught my largest Brown Trout to date!

Our dream is to own a property in that part of the state someday soon.

Another VERY exciting happening is that our niece arrived on Memorial Day!

Her name is Molly and she is just the cutest. This is me meeting her for the first time when she wasn’t even 24 hours old yet!

Home Imagined Link Party #20

As always, I have chosen 2 posts from the last link party to feature this week.

The first feature this week comes from my friend Jen at Midwest Life and Style. Jen shared her beautiful home all decked out in Red, White and Blue for Summer. I adore her style and vintage aesthetic. Go see how she uses it so effortlessly!

The second feature this week comes from Bev at Eclectic Red Barn. She shared the most adorable Cork Patriotic Tree Garland! This is one of most creative patriotic DIY’s that I’ve seen! You could use this anywhere in your home for the Summer months. It’s so easy, too!
