Welcome to the Home Imagined link party #19!

Hello! I’m Rachel, the blogger and content creator behind The Antiqued Journey. Here on the blog, you will find encouraging ideas about vintage and antique decor, simple home decor DIY crafts, as well as some fun thrifting adventures. If that interests you, sign up for my e-mail! This party was created to be a supportive and uplifting space for bloggers to showcase their content and for non-bloggers to glean inspiration for their homes. I am so grateful to have you here. We do hope you come back again and again. With that, let’s get onto the Home Imagined link party #19!

Life Lately

Hello, guys! Can you believe that June is just around the corner?! That’s just crazy.

The flowering crabapple trees are in full bloom here and it is heavenly! Each time I get a whiff of one, it smells like Plumeria flowers and I’m instantly brought back to Hawaii.

For Mother’s Day, we took my mom on a nature hike to an 1800’s Farmstead that is not too far from our house. The Oak trees are just beautiful and it’s just amazing to me how they cut all of these old logs by hand!

Home Imagined Link Party #19

As always, I have chosen 2 posts from the last link party to feature this week.

The first feature this week comes from Donna at An Organized Season. She blew my mind with her post on how to upcycle packing paper to make a free basket. It literally looks like a basket that I have in my linen closet! This is so cool…you have to go see how she made this!

My second feature this week is from Regina at Saved from Salvage. She showed us an easy of making over an old wood TV tray table. The transformation is incredible! You could totally do this on any kind of old table that you have. Go see how she did it!
